Nacho founded Merlet in 2026 to make custom merch easy to start, even in small runs.
Ordering custom merch for the first time is harder than it should be. Minimums are high, quotes hide extra fees, and you rarely know who is on the other end. We built Merlet to fix that for small runs.
Why Merlet exists
A band wants 50 pins for a tour. A community wants lanyards for its first meetup. A brand wants one test run before a bigger order.
Those are the orders we care about most.

Approve the proof
We draw it with you and send a proof before we make a single piece.
We make and ship it
Production and shipping timing are confirmed with your quote.
We are based in China, close to where most enamel pins are made, and arrange international delivery to confirmed destinations. We work with experienced production partners and check every proof with you before anything is made.
You talk to the founder
Merlet is new, and we won't pretend otherwise. There is no sales team. When you email or message us, Nacho answers and follows your order from the first sketch to the approved proof.
